Multi-Day Hong Kong — 2 to 5 Days, One Guide
Hong Kong rewards the unhurried. Give me two to five days and I'll give you the whole territory — city, islands, mountains, markets and villages — in a logical arc with no repetition and no backtracking. One guide, one evolving plan.
Most visitors see 10% of Hong Kong. Multi-day guests see the rest: not just the icons but the living city behind them. Each day builds on the last — no repeated ground, each evening's tips feeding the next morning's route. And you get the thing day-trippers never get: a guide who actually knows you by day two.
How a multi-day programme flows
- Day 1 — The City: Peak, historic Central, Man Mo, Tai Kwun, Star Ferry, Kowloon markets (the classic orientation)
- Day 2 — Lantau: Tai O fishing village first, Big Buddha after the crowds, monastery lunch
- Day 3 — The Islands: Cheung Chau (my home), Peng Chau, ferry decks and seafood
- Day 4 — Deep Kowloon & New Territories: Wong Tai Sin, Chi Lin Nunnery, walled villages, wet markets
- Day 5 — Your call: hiking, food deep-dive, photography, the nostalgia circuit — whatever captured you most
from HK$3,000 per dayGuiding fee for up to 2 guests, low season (April–September). High season, larger groups and special requests: custom quote. Transport, admissions and meals are paid on the day — you only pay for what you actually use. Bookings contracted through Excella Travel (HK) Ltd, Licence No. 351074.
💡 Hans says: Two days is the sweet spot for most guests: city one day, Lantau the next. Three or more and we start finding the Hong Kong even many locals miss.
